Try the new spring menu

The menu focuses on the famous Uyghur lagman and its preparation is accompanied by elements of the show, because the noodles here are prepared by hand “from under the knife.” There is an interesting feature in Uyghur cuisine - each dish is surrounded by an aura of symbolism and romance. Thus, lagman is called the “dish of love.” Separately, you can highlight the pilaf! It is prepared in special dark oil “Zigir”, and is based on exclusive “red” rice, which is considered one of the rarest varieties.

The steamed bun is based on traditional Korean cuisine, but in Russia the fillings are made less spicy than in their historical homeland. A team of Vietnamese chefs prepares national street food from fresh ingredients in front of guests. The dish that always attracts a lot of guests in the cafe is the traditional Phở (Pho) soup. Beef broth is boiled for at least 10 hours, with the addition of cinnamon, anise, and Vietnamese cardamom. Served with sliced beef and fresh rice noodles with onions, herbs, lime and chili in authentic ceramic dishes from the oldest pottery industry in Vietnam.
